End the siege of the imperialist capitalist system on workers and the toiling masses!

30 April 2012

ATIK| 30 – 04 -2012|  Workers and toilers; Once again we are celebrating workers’ and toilers’ day of unity, struggle and solidarity, May Day, under great oppression and exploitation of the capitalist system. May Day has been vested through great struggles that cost blood and life to many. We are celebrating May Day in the midst of a capitalist financial crisis which only deepened over the years. The cost of the deepening crises was put on the shoulders of the working class and as the crises deepened the weight increased. However, this year too, the workers and toilers all over the world will struggle shoulder to shoulder against all the imperialist aggression, oppression, exploitation and usurpation of rights which were vested through costly struggles and resistances. Once again, the masses will be out on the streets demanding what belongs to them, fight against the ruling class and celebrate in unity and solidarity!
Workers and toilers in Europe too feel the growing impact of the capitalist financial crises which burst in 2008. Those who created this crisis openly perform all sorts of attacks and oppression in order to make the workers and the toilers pay for their creation. none of the imperialist capitalist countries can anymore claim that the crises is over and their countries are recovering in the current atmosphere where countries are bankrupting, workers and toilers take on the streets against the rulers and the people resist and fight against the rulers with great rage. This crisis creates wreckage larger than predicted by the rulers; wreckage which takes its creators under too. At a time where unemployment and poverty is at its highest; the cuts in social rights, the commercialisation of areas of fundamental rights such as health and education, and the increase in racists attacks in a continent which hosts millions of migrants and refugees are all signs that the crises will deepen furthermore. This current situation also signifies that the imperialist capitalists will not be able to solve these contradictions; conversely they will make it even more unsolvable. The rulers can no longer rule the world as before, and the masses no longer want to be ruled as before. It is possible to see this in every continent. The bursting rage of the masses, even though many are spontaneous movements, show us that radical stances against the darkest regimes indicate that the people no longer want to be ruled by the aggressive methods of the current rulers and the rulers are indeed in a deadlock. The imperialist system which exploits and plunders every aspect of life from social life to economy, nature to education, does not have any exceptions in the name of maximum profit. And for this reason, the glorious day of workers’ and toilers’ unity, struggle and solidarity, May Day, carries great importance. Let’s get out on the streets on May Day against the increasing exploitation, oppression and plunder on the workers and toilers and turn this day into a nightmare for the rulers! As ATIK; we call upon all workers and toilers to be out on the streets on May Day to strengthen the international solidarity against all social injustices, discriminating and racist policies, unjust wars, and state oppression! We demand: 30 hour work week in full payment for everyone! More pay for all workers and equal pay for equal work! Stop putting the burden of the crises on the shoulders of the toilers! Equality and freedom for women! Equal rights for migrants and refugees! Democracy, justice and freedom for the people not the capitalists!
Long Live International Solidarity!
Workers and Oppressed People of All Countries, UNITE!

With the massacre of 40 peasants in Şırnak the fascist Turkish state has added a new massacre to its list of atrocities against the Kurdish nation!

3 January 2012

ATİK | 03 – 01 – 2011 | The fascist Turkish state is continuing the massacres against the innocent Kurdish nation by means of chemical weapons. In the village of Roboski of Şırnak Uludere province 40 innocent people have been massacred in bombings by war planes. In the warmongering statement after the last MGK (National Security Council) meeting, the practical implementation of the statement “The operations will continue day and night” was that, civilian peasants have been brutally killed through air bombings. We are carefully awaiting to know what the AKP government will fabricate with regards to the massacre under their responsibility while they are claiming to be against the massacres of the Khadafi regime in Libia, the Esad regime in Syria  and also calling upon and threatening  Esad to seize the massacres.
